Caixa do Japão is a service provider specializing in package forwarding and personal shopping in Japan. At Caixa do Japão, we are not a store or a supplier. 4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method:
- Small Packet: 15 to 30 days on average (after dispatch from Japan)
- EMS (Express): 10 to 19 days on average
- Postal Parcel: similar to Small Packet, ideal for heavier orders
Please note: delivery times are not guaranteed, as they depend on the Post Office and the Federal Revenue Service (or local customs authority).
5. How do I track my order?
You will receive an international tracking code as soon as your box is dispatched. Track it via your country's postal service website.
