Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges after purchase confirmation. Therefore, please check all details of your order before finalizing it!
If a product is unavailable, the amount will be held as credit (valid for 90 days).

 

MANUFACTURING DEFECT

1.1. In the event of a "manufacturing defect," meaning when equipment malfunctions are detected that, in principle, are not covered by the respective warranty, the User must return the equipment within a maximum of 30 consecutive days from the invoice date. The shipping costs will be their responsibility.

1.2. For the product exchange to be carried out, you must ensure that the packaging is complete (box, instruction manual, warranty certificate, device, and accessories) containing all its components, in excellent condition.

1.3. In the absence of any of the elements mentioned above, or if any of the components are not in excellent condition, no exchange will take place, and the product will be discarded, with no right to a refund.

 

ORDER RETURNS (FROM BRAZIL)
 

If the Federal Revenue Service rejects the order, the customer will be responsible for all return or re-shipping costs.

When your box arrives in Brazil, it goes through the Customs inspection process, and if the order does not comply with the guidelines and norms imposed by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service, it may be rejected with the following information:

The entry of the item into Brazil was not authorized by the inspection bodies. Please wait. Item under destination analysis – may be returned to the sender, forwarded for scrap, or seized.”

Initially, the package's destination will be analyzed, which can be returned to the sender, seized, or sent for scrap. After destination update, if it is forwarded for:

Seizure: The item may be considered prohibited according to the parameters of the Federal Revenue Service and/or poses risks, and therefore the shipment is sent for disposal/destruction.

Return to Sender: After authorization for return, the Revenue Service processes customs clearance (release of the package for return) and passes it to the Brazilian Post Office for return to the sender according to its own logistics.

When a package is rejected by the Federal Revenue Service, the return process will begin * ONLY FOR CUSTOMERS WHO SENT BY SMALL PACKET UP TO 2KG OR “EMS.” In these cases, the return of the box to the Caixa do Japão office IS FREE.

 

ATTENTION:

Packages sent via PARCEL POST will be discarded in case of error or refusal, unless the customer chooses to pay the return fee. This payment will be requested in advance, and the box will be re-sent to the office after confirmation.

Regarding Parcel Post freight, if importation is prohibited or the box is refused, it will be considered abandoned, and re-shipment will not be possible.

 

After the shipping request, we will close and weigh the box, also adding the system value to the freight for the customer.
After payment of freight + Post Office Fee, the box is dispatched within 10 business days.
