We collect only the data necessary for the provision of our services, such as:
Identification data: full name, email, phone (WhatsApp), CPF (mandatory for shipments to Brazil);
Address data: zip code, street, number, complement, neighborhood, city, state;
Payment data: credit card information, Pix, or PayPal (processed by secure gateways – we do not store card data);
Browsing data: cookies (with your consent), IP, pages accessed (to improve your experience);
Order data: product links, values, photos, tracking numbers, customs declarations.
2. What do we use your data for?
Your data is used exclusively to:
Register and manage your account and virtual suite;
Receive, store, and redirect your orders from Japan;
Issue customs declarations as required by the Federal Revenue Service;
Communicate about shipping status, payments, and deadlines;
Comply with legal and tax obligations (such as LGPD and Brazilian customs legislation);
Improve our services and website (based on anonymous data or with your consent).
We do not sell, rent, or transfer your data to third parties, except when required by law or to essential service providers (e.g., carriers, payment gateways), always under confidentiality clauses and with the minimum necessary data.
3. Legal basis for data processing (LGPD)
The processing of your personal data is carried out based on one or more of the following legal bases of the LGPD:
Contract performance (Art. 7, III): for the provision of contracted services;
Compliance with legal obligation (Art. 7, II): such as requirements from the Federal Revenue Service and Correios;

Consent (Art. 7, I): when explicitly requested (e.g., marketing).

Carriers (Correios, DHL, etc.) – for order shipment;
Payment gateways (Pix, PayPal, card operators) – for secure processing;
