Our services are ideal for those who want to buy exclusive products from Japan that are not available in Brazil and want to save money on international purchases.
Caixa do Japão is a forwarding service provider. We are not a store or a supplier. Our role is to safely and practically mediate the entire process between the purchase in Japan and delivery to the final recipient.
Our prices
Per box (Purchase forwarding)
At Caixa do Japão, our fee is fixed per box for purchase forwarding, regardless of the total value of your direct purchase on Japanese websites!
Fixed fee of R$60.00 per box up to 2kg (includes receiving, storage, and preparation for shipping).
The fees will always be the same, regardless of the value of your purchase in forwarding/direct purchase.
For orders over 2 kg, we divide the content into two or more boxes (to ensure safety and compliance with carriers).
Example:
Your order weighs 4.3 kg → it will be divided into 3 boxes (e.g., 2 kg + 2 kg + 0.3 kg).
Total fee: R$60.00 (1st box) + R$60.00 (2nd box) + R$60.00 (3rd box) = R$180.00.
This way, you know exactly how much you will pay for our forwarding service, with no hidden fees and with total transparency!
In addition to standard shipping per box up to 2 kg, we work with different international freight options to meet your needs for delivery time, security, and cost, such as:
Express shipping (faster, ideal for gifts or urgent items);
Premium tracking freight;
Options with additional insurance for high-value products.

Services
Purchase Forwarding
Shop on Japanese websites/stores that do not ship to Brazil (or other countries): we receive your order in our warehouse here in Japan and forward it to you.
Receive everything at your home, without worrying about international logistics, documentation, or bureaucracy.
Count on a trusted company that handles the entire process: from secure receipt and storage in Japan to delivery in your destination country.
We offer a Japanese address to our customers, so they can shop on websites in Japan and worldwide.
We receive your orders, consolidate them with photos and information. Upon arrival, the order is registered on our platform, and a service confirmation email will be sent to you.
You then choose when and which products you want to send anywhere in the world, especially to Brazil.
We pack, weigh, and register the exact shipping cost in the customer's suite.
Shipping is calculated by weight after the box is closed, according to Japan Post's practice.
The customer finalizes the shipment directly on our platform.
After freight payment, we dispatch the order within 7 business days.
Attention:
For all purchases, the maximum period for requesting shipment is 50 days after receipt.
The conversion from yen to reais is only an average estimate. The customer must check the updated quotation on the day of payment.
Personal Shopper
How it works:
Paid service. The customer sends links, photos, and descriptions of the desired products.
We research prices (including Shohizei) and send a complete quote (Product value costs + shipping from the store to our warehouse (if any)).
Our service: 25% service fee + Shohizei tax (mandatory 10% Japanese consumption tax on goods and services, as required by Japanese law).
After confirmation and payment, we make the purchase.
Items are registered on our platform so that the customer can finalize the purchase when desired.
After freight payment, we dispatch the order within 5 business days.
Group / Shopping Channel
How it works:
The customer makes the purchase via Telegram or Instagram and completes the registration on the Caixa do Japão website.
Our service: product value + 20% service fee. In addition, Shohizei will be charged, a mandatory 10% Japanese consumption tax on goods and services, as required by Japanese law.
We await the group's closing (up to 5 business days) to make block purchases.
Upon receipt, products are registered on our platform so that the customer can finalize the purchase when desired.
After freight payment, we dispatch the order within 5 business days.
Online Store
Our online store gathers the most sought-after products and limited editions directly from Japan, with prices already converted to reais.
The displayed value already includes our service fee. In addition, Shohizei will be charged, a mandatory 10% Japanese consumption tax on goods and services, as required by Japanese law.
Shipping is NOT included in the product value and is automatically calculated in our system.
MERCARI OR FURIMA Service
(platforms for selling new, semi-new, used items, and auctions)
Includes purchases of Photocards, albums, CDs, cards, collectible KPOP items, and other exclusive items from the Mercari or Furima website.
In this service, the customer sends us the link of the desired product from the “MERCARI or FURIMA” website. After verifying availability and payment, we will make the purchase (remembering that since it is a website for exclusive and used items, there is a possibility that the item may no longer be available at the time of purchase. If this occurs, the customer may choose another product (of the same value or will be reimbursed as credit in our system). We include one photo for each received order (if the customer wants more photos and videos, R$5.00 will be charged per photo/video).
How it works:
1. Send us the link or photo of the desired product.
2. We will make a quote and send the payment link for the service fee + product values. After confirmation of product payment, we will make the purchase.
3. As soon as the product arrives at our warehouse, it will be registered on the platform + freight, and you can request shipping whenever you wish.
Our service fee:
Product/item price + our service fee of 500JPY per item + 20% service and handling fee + 10% Shohizei tax (mandatory 10% Japanese consumption tax on goods and services, as required by Japanese law).
It is the customer's responsibility to check the updated exchange rate; the conversion from Yen to Real is only an average, values update daily, so please verify the updated value on the day.
Only for this service, exclusively, payment must be made in advance for purchases to be made as soon as possible.
*For MERCARI or FURIMA service, the storage period is 90 days.
