About Caixa do Japão

Caixa do Japão is a purchase forwarding service provider. We are not a store or a supplier. Our role is to mediate, securely and conveniently, the entire process between purchasing in Japan and delivering to the final recipient.

All products displayed here already include our service fee.

How it works

1. Product Purchase
You choose the items you want and make the payment for these products.

2. Receipt and Verification
Once the products are purchased, we weigh them, take photos, and make everything available on our platform so you can check and finalize the payment for shipping.

International Shipping
Shipping is calculated only after the box is finalized, based on the total weight and volume. It is charged separately, once all items have been paid for, received, weighed, packed, and cleared for shipment.

Important: Two separate payments are required:
– First, payment for the products (with service fee included);
– Then, payment for international shipping.

It is not possible to calculate shipping before the box is finalized.

We do not accept returns or exchanges after purchase confirmation. Therefore, please review all details of your order before finalizing it.
