  • 1 site: free (¥0)
  • 2 to 8 sites: ¥500
  • Above 8 sites: ¥800

If you DO NOT need help with registrations, simply choose the “Request Address” option on the site. We will email you our address in Japan for you to use directly.


How does shipping work?

  • Fixed service fee: R$60.00 per box up to 2 kg
  • International shipping: calculated by actual weight, paid separately
  • Shipping is only done after your confirmation and payment of freight

Caixa do Japão is a service provider specializing in package forwarding and personal shopping in Japan. At Caixa do Japão, we are not a store or a supplier. Our role is to safely and conveniently intermediate the entire process between your purchase in Japan and delivery to your destination country, whether in Brazil or anywhere else in the world.

2. What services do you offer?

We offer three service options:

  • Package Forwarding: you shop at Japanese stores/websites and send your purchases to our address; we then forward them to you.
  • Personal Shopper: we purchase products for you, according to your request.
  • Online Store: featuring selected products with prices already converted to Brazilian Reais. You get access to exclusive offers and new releases before they arrive in Brazil.

3. Do you ship outside of Brazil?


Yes! We ship to Brazil and other countries worldwide.

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method:

  • Small Packet: 15 to 30 days on average (after dispatch from Japan)
  • EMS (Express): 10 to 19 days on average
  • Postal Parcel: similar to Small Packet, ideal for heavier orders


Please note: delivery times are not guaranteed, as they depend on the Post Office and the Federal Revenue Service (or local customs authority).

5. How do I track my order?

You will receive an international tracking code as soon as your box is dispatched. Track it via your country's postal service website.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are made in Brazilian Reais (BRL) or in your country's currency, as you prefer!

7. Can I return a product?

No. We do not accept returns after the product has been purchased or the order dispatched.
If a requested product is unavailable, the amount will be held as store credit.

8. Can I make changes or cancel my order after I've placed it?

Should you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can process changes or cancellations as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
