The R$60.00 paid when contracting the "Quero Importar Agora" service will function as credit for sending your first box weighing up to 2kg.
How it works:
- Address reception: We will send our complete address in Japan via email or WhatsApp for you to use in your purchases.
- Order processing: When your packages arrive here, we receive them, check them, consolidate several items into a single box (if you wish), carefully pack them, weigh them, and take detailed photos for you to view all the contents.
- Freight calculation and approval: After weighing, we will send the exact international freight value for your approval. Dispatch is only carried out after your confirmation of this value.
- Shipping with tracking: With the freight confirmed, we immediately release the shipment with an international tracking code for you to follow until it arrives at your home.
Please note that the R$60.00 already paid will be deducted from this first shipment, covering our service fee for boxes up to 2kg.
